Our baby turns one!

Already... I can't believe it. This time last year I was going to the doctor, hoping to stay pregnant one more week. Well that wasn't the case and now, tomorrow, its been a year. She is all over the place, a joy, just an overall sweet baby girl. I had to put this in today, making sure we celebrate her when it gets crazy tomorrow and then when we leave on vacation. We love you baby girl, happy birthday!

Messy eater

Reece loves to eat and will eat whatever we will. I was sitting in the kitchen with her while she ate lunch, pizza-a favorite, the other day. Daddy was out mowing the back yard lawn and she was distracted. She was all smiles and laughs for Daddy.

Happy Valentines Day!

Valentines Day is usually not a big deal around here. Mommy worked and then took the girls out for dinner. Daddy went to the NHRA drag racing finals at Pomona Speedway. He got the tickets for Christmas and spent the day with his girlfriend (Randy). Here are some cute pics from when he came home, burned.

Irvine Regional Park

We had been there only once before with Deanne, Shannon and Brooklyn. It is a huge park with multiple play areas, a small zoo, horses, a train, and a lake to paddle boat on. Mommy's friend Jamie from work invited us to go with her girls and we couldn't wait to go. Cailey had a blast on the equipment and Reece just wanted to run everywhere.

Reece eats a hamburger.

Cailey never was fond of many foods. Reece is a totally different story. This baby loves to eat most things you put in front of her. We are very grateful that one of our children is not picky in that department. Kevin was so excited to buy her a McDonalds hamburger because Cailey will not eat them. She enjoyed it.

Daddy time

My girls love their Daddy. They can't wait to see him when he gets home and love to have him here when Mommy works.

Park play time.

Right around the corner from us is a small park. Sometimes we make it part of our walk and the girls love to play there. Reece even loved the boy in the picture, trying to follow him until her turned to say hi to her and she ran!

Where's Reece

Does anyone else's child sleep like this? I go in to check on her and I can't find her.

A long awaited delivery

I have been waiting, since Brandon's wedding, to see the pictures my Uncle Frans took at the ceremony. They came in the mail today and there are some really good, really cute ones.

Attempting to get a good picture

Trying to capture a blossoming toddler who has just learned and is loving to walk on film for her birthday invitations turned into a 3 day challenge. Mommy tried and tried and here are some mess ups! Stay tuned for the actual, really cute winner.

Mile High Road

Because the snow in Beaumont happened on a Friday, Daddy only works half day Fridays, we took the girls about 5 miles up Beaumont Ave. to Mile High Road. The snow here was pretty heavy and thick. We wanted to take them to see real thick, soft snow and this was definatly it. Daddy and Cailey built a snowman while Mommy and an unsure Reece watched. When it started to snow heavily on us, we decided to leave. Cailey didn't want to and insisted we take her snowman with us. We did and he lasted on our porch for a few days before (in Caileys words) he "died."
