Heart Rock

After breakfast, we drove to see if we could find the hike to the heart rock.  It was all over social media that there was a rock with a waterfall that was shaped like a heart.

  We did find it!  Due to very little rainfall, there was water in the heart but none flowing through.

Breakfast in Lake Arrowhead

We took the opportunity on a beautiful day to head up the mountain to Lake Arrowhead.  We had breakfast with the family at the waffle house on the water.  

 It was picture perfect!

 That was until she started flinging water out of her straw.....then she thought she was hilarious.

                                     

  

   

  After breakfast we walked around the still quiet village and saw all the ducks lining the shore. 

  

 It was a wonderful morning in our beautiful mountains.
